We talk with you about your product and get to know your needs. Then, based on that conversation and information, we’ll sketch up a design and provide you mockups of your product. Then, if you like what we’ve created so far, we’ll follow-up with the quote.
We’ll provide digital photos and/or illustrations as needed to precisely describe the desired product. The purpose of this stage is to give us enough information to make an initial sample. This amount of time and effort will vary depending on the product design and whether or not it has been produced before.
We’ll choose the best raw materials available to satisfy your product’s specifications, as well as any other requirements you may have. You will be given samples to approve, and the sample process will continue until you are totally satisfied.
Once the sample has been approved, a finalized order will be placed with Fitaris Wear, along with a purchase order, based on the agreed-upon price, payment terms, delivery time, and other terms and conditions.
Depending on the quantity of the order, payment and terms may differ. It could be a full or partial advance payment. For large orders, we allow payments via bank transfer and LC (Bank Guarantee). For minor orders, customers can pay with Western Union or Moneygram.
When you’ve placed your order and paid for it, we’ll keep in touch with you and keep you updated on the status of your order according to the delivery timeline we quoted. We’ll give you some production samples to make sure your order matches the approved examples perfectly.
Fitaris Wear works with a courier/shipping firm that has been chosen or recommended to assure on-time delivery, cost-effective, safe, and efficient transportation of your goods from point of origin to point of destination.
We’ll get in touch with you to make sure your order arrives on time and in good condition. All comments and feedback will be used to improve the ordering process for the future order.
